Embarking on a journey towards a healthier, stronger, and more vibrant version of yourself is an empowering decision. Our online weight training and nutrition program, Ladies Bodybuilding 1, is carefully designed to guide you through this initial transformative experience. Whether this is your first time stepping into the world of fitness or your looking to establish a solid foundation, this program is crafted with your unique needs in mind. The idea of our ‘build a body’ philosophy is to use weight training and bodybuilding techniques to achieve changes that are not possible to attain with other fitness methods. This four-week programme is designed to gently lead you in to the full bodybuilding strategy and work level. It's not too intense but takes you through a set programme that will give you an insight into the requirements of bodybuilding. In essence, you can see if bodybuilding is for you with this programme. It contains weight training, cardio work, nutrition plans, wellbeing advice and feedback questions. There are weekly guides too for food shopping and end-of-the-week progress questionnaires for you to complete. If you do like the course and you’d like to pursue further bodybuilding work, we recommend going straight onto Ladies Bodybuilding 2.
