Two Weeks Out!

In my wildest dreams I never thought I would be stepping on the Miss Universe stage – how does this happen? The last time I looked I was five weeks out but time has just flown and now it feels like it is getting very real.


It’s very unlikely that I will be able to add any more muscle to my frame , so all I have to do is maintain what I have. The intensity is still there within the workouts but I can say goodbye to PB’s for a few weeks. Which can be tough when you have been pushing so hard.


And I have to keep my head in the game. It’s time to really focus on getting things right and avoiding injury or illness. This is why it is so important to have a support team around you

I am so grateful to my coach (at the time ed.) for the constant support and tweaking of my food plan, and my masseuse (https://cocosportsmassage.co.uk/), who keeps putting me back together and keeping those little niggles at bay.
