Another great weekend had by all at the FIT X HR LABS Competition at Nottingham, UK. And obviously, as you can see in the first photo, Nottingham was waiting for me by posting my name on a building next to my hotel!
But I'll get straight to the results. I won Over 35 Bikini Class and won Over 40 Bikini Class, which took me into the Overall Class in which I came 3rd. So I'm more than happy with myself and my team. Yay!
A massive thanks to my coach Coco who drove all the way, although his music was a bit dodgy lol 😆. And a thank you to my online coach who travelled all the way from Kent to make sure I was behaving myself, but I just wish she would not ask me to strip off in carparks for my 'check-in photos' – after all I am 58! Would she do this to her mother I ask myself? But needs must! I guess.
