Visit to Southampton

Being part of the Bodybuilding culture is really special.

Massive thank you to Ben, the Manager @gymgroup Southampton. He made me feel so welcome even though I gate crashed his gym , didn’t have an invite but needed somewhere to train.

I am less than a month out of the Miss Universe and even missing one days workout is just not acceptable
